The large number of different hoists and corresponding trolleys repeatedly leads to problems when attaching end stops to crane systems, monorails, suspension tracks, slewing cranes, etc. The result is a wide range of different hoists and trolleys. The previous method of attaching stop plates or stop angles by screwing or welding is associated with high time and cost expenditure. SHT Suhler Hebezeugtechnik GmbH manufactures a trolley conveyor buffer which offers both technical and economic advantages. The assembly is very simple and fast: The trolley buffer can be easily moved and positioned on the carrier flange in an untightened state and is then re-tightened - without drilling, without welding! The standard standard sizes of the SHT trolley buffer are suitable for parallel IPE track girders with flange widths from 46 to 300 mm and flange thicknesses from 7 mm to 25 mm. The trolley buffer is approved for all trolleys in the load capacity range up to 10 000 kg.
