The supporting structure, suspension and available headroom must be checked before installation. Where a trolley is used, beam profile, flange width and travel path must match the selected combination. Controls should allow the operator to observe the load throughout the movement.
Nameplate, operating instructions and inspection records remain with the equipment. Routine visual checks, maintenance and periodic inspections support reliable operation. If loads, duty cycle or travel requirements change later, the complete application should be reviewed again before continued use.
