Designing a safe trolley loading process

An efficient solution must connect the container, trolley and surrounding workstation. Relevant factors include container dimensions, total weight, desired transfer height, cycle time and the direction from which operators or equipment approach. The process should keep loads controlled during transfer and avoid unnecessary manual lifting, reaching or twisting.
