The mobility of trolleys is a major advantage – but at certain points in the process you need control and safety. With our positioning systems such as trolley docking stations and guide rails, your trolleys stay exactly where they’re needed – safely, efficiently, and without slipping.
The trolley docking station guides the trolley precisely by its frame and locks it automatically. A simple press on the foot pedal releases it again. The trolley remains safely in place – ideal for loading/unloading and automated areas.

The variable trolley docking station offers maximum flexibility for changing trolley or container sizes. It adapts to different throughput levels and can be extended or reconfigured easily thanks to a smart hole pattern. The locking unit covers the most common trolley formats – perfect for dynamic processes and future-proof logistics.
