With the SHT FIFO-TDS system (First-In, First-Out) you add order and process reliability to your intralogistics. The modular guidance system routes trolleys reliably and gently through defined lanes – ensuring seamless goods rotation according to the FIFO principle. Whether buffer bay, assembly line, or loading/unloading zone: the guide rails deliver structure, safety, and reduced wear.

Gentle guidance via the frame

Unlike rail-on-floor systems, guidance with FIFO-TDS acts directly on the trolley’s solid frame structure – preventing damage to wheels or bearings. Interfering contours in the travel path are intentionally avoided, enabling safe and precise pushing of trolleys. Optionally, the system can be expanded with an anti-rollback device and a trolley stop – for even more safety and control.

Modular and adaptable – for maximum flexibility

The guide rails are a smart kit system with start/end pieces and straight middle segments in different lengths. Elements are mounted using rugged foot sets. Total length and layout can be tailored to your needs – from a short section on an assembly line to a complete FIFO lane for order picking.
