Duty to Mitigate Damages

In the event of domain disputes, competition law issues or similar problems, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance to avoid unnecessary legal disputes and costs. The cost note of a lawyer’s warning letter, without prior contact with us, will be rejected as unfounded in terms of the duty to mitigate damages.
