Automatic Trolleystore – ergonomic, space-saving, and safe

The SHT Trolleystore is an automated, vertical storage system for pallet dollies (trolleys), specifically developed for intralogistics requirements. Based on the principle of proven pallet magazines, it enables the ergonomic, effortless storage of up to 20 trolleys — at the push of a button, safely locked and on a minimal footprint.

With the Trolleystore, you not only increase workplace safety and process stability, but also significantly reduce space requirements. Integration into the tugger train process and automated storage strategies is straightforward — without manual stacking effort.

Up to 85% space savings with maximum efficiency

Thanks to vertical storage, the Trolleystore uses the available space optimally and enables up to 85% space savings compared with conventional floor storage. The system buffers up to 20 trolleys in the tightest space — ideal where trolley volumes are high or floor space is limited.

Improved safety in operation

The Trolleystore eliminates typical warehouse hazards. Manual handling beneath raised loads — such as stacking trolleys by forklift — is no longer necessary. Each trolley is mechanically secured in the system, preventing wobbly stacks and trip hazards. Access occurs in a protected, standardized area, sustainably increasing safety.

Ergonomic and time-saving — at the push of a button

Inbound and outbound movements are automated at the push of a button, with no physical strain on staff. A single operator can manage up to 20 trolleys effortlessly — without a second person or tricky positioning. The mechanical locking secures every trolley, while a foot pedal allows easy, back-friendly retrieval.

Always visible — ready for use at any time

The visible fill level makes it easy to monitor stock in the Trolleystore. Staff can see in time when to replenish or where bottlenecks may arise — without wasting time. Trolleys are also stored by type, preventing unnecessary searching and speeding up processes.

Flexible integration into your logistics

The Trolleystore is ideal for use in loading/unloading zones or wherever tugger trains are charged. Since no forklifts are required, the system is especially suitable for areas with higher safety requirements. On request, the Trolleystore can be tailored to your automated processes and integrated into existing systems.
