Lift-rotate device – efficient trolley changeover

The SHT lift-rotate device was originally developed to make container changeovers during forklift supply more efficient — and has since proven itself across many companies. The modernized version for trolleys brings this efficiency to tugger-train systems. The trick: the device lifts trolleys, provides an ergonomically ideal picking height, and allows a 180° rotation so full and empty trolleys can be exchanged independently of each other.

General function

The lift-rotate device accepts trolleys from both sides and raises them to the individually suitable working height. This enables body-friendly picking for operators of any height. The lift height can be continuously adjusted via an intuitive control panel. An integrated ejection mechanism helps the trolley roll out by overcoming breakaway resistance. Two stainless-steel safety pins provide automatic load securing.

Process decoupling through 180° rotation

The rotation function fully decouples logistics and production: while material is picked on one side, a trolley can be loaded or unloaded on the other. The device rotates 180°, eliminating the need for a fixed changeover time. This reduces waiting times and significantly increases the efficiency of your material flow.
