With the SHT trolley rotating stand, you streamline changeovers in tugger-train processes while reducing strain on your team. Instead of swapping two trolleys separately, the rotating unit enables a synchronized exchange of empty and full trolleys — fast, ergonomic, and space-saving.

The idea is simple: two trolleys are positioned on the turntable at once. With a single action, both are rotated — the full trolley moves into the pick position while the empty one is ready to be taken away. Locking and unlocking are handled via a smooth-operating lever, making the entire sequence efficient and low-effort.

Ergonomic operation — no bending required

The unit is designed so all steps can be performed standing upright. Bending, lifting, or twisting are not required — a clear ergonomic improvement and noticeable relief for staff, especially in frequent change cycles.

Technical design and variants

The SHT trolley rotating stand is configured by default for trolleys of 1200 × 800 × 280 mm and is available in a transverse setup. It provides a stable, rotating platform for simultaneous changeover of full and empty trolleys. Special formats, different trolley sizes, or adaptations to specific tugger-train systems are available on request — tailored to your intralogistics needs.
