SHT Trolleyrack – for flexible intermediate storage

The SHT Trolleyrack is the ideal solution when trolleys need to be stored efficiently and space-saving – especially when using a forklift or high-lift truck. Trolleys can be placed directly into the robust rack system with the lifting device – no additional staff required. The second operator previously needed to align the wheels is no longer necessary and can focus on more value-adding tasks.

Thanks to the integrated lashing strap, load securing is quick and safe without extra effort. For internal transport, the Trolleyrack can be moved directly on a trolley or with a forklift – ideal for integration into existing tugger train processes.

The SHT Trolleyrack is designed to be positioned directly on a trolley. This makes it easy to integrate into existing tugger train processes and supports an efficient material flow in production or logistics.

Stackable and suitable for outdoor storage

For maximum space savings, several trolleyracks can be stacked – safe and stable. They can also be stored in protected outdoor areas without hesitation, offering additional flexibility in warehouse planning.

Technical designs and variants

Available in two versions: with 2 or 3 storage levels for trolleys. The Trolleyrack is suitable for pallet dollies with standard dimensions 1200×800 mm. The frames are equipped with forklift pockets and allow stacking of up to 3 units on top of each other.
